Triumph Spitfire 1500 steel wheel set with centre caps and locking nuts

Triumph Spitfire 1500 steel wheel set with centre caps and locking nuts. I have measured the diameter of these wheels and they measure 14 x 5.5 but they appear to be stamped as being 13 x 4.5.

I recently changed them for a new set of JBW wheels as you will see from the box they came in photo and on the car itself. I have not had to change the tyres so I guess they are 13 x 4.5 so I may have measured them incorrectly.
