They are black zinc plated to a high standard. This finish will not chip or crack off as with cheap bolts. About the Locks The outer ring is free to rotate without unthreading the bolt. This means the bolt cannot be gripped without the key - an excellent security device!

The locking bolts are made from heat treated carbon alloy steel and are drill and punch resistant. They are Thatcham tested and approved and are manufactured to ISO9001 & QS9000 standards.

Each set is supplied with a unique key code (found on a sticker inside the box). Note: The key profile design shown in the picture will vary from one set to the next - every set is different!
